Product and its description in separate columns in Planning Book

Hi all,

   I am using Planning book for Production Planning on Weekly/Daily basis. In that, while downloading the APO Product, we get it as - APO PRODUCT No/ Descrition in one single column.

For Eg. 234XXXX/ ARCTIC WHITEXXXXXX BSIV

I want to view the above said example in the 2 different columns. Please suggest the way out
