Two questions on liveCache I/O data in Database Analyzer

Apologies for the repost:  I deleted the original post by mistake.

To address a liveCache issue we're having on excusive locks, SAP advised me to look at IO performance per OSS note 748225.  I have two questions on this note (The system in question is on LC 7.7.07.33):

For log I/O time, the note says:

"In the "Expert Analysis" menu bar, select the required analysis day in the "Bottlenecks" node. Double-click "TASK_IO". If the system issues the message "formatting error", proceed as described in Note 751975.

The following values declare the Log I/O times both for liveCache and for SAP DB/MaxDB:

    • AvgWTime_LogPTask: average Log I/O time via Own IO in ms

AvgWTimeLogPThread: average Log I/O time via devthread in ms"

In our liveCache version, the TASK_IO sheet does not contain the values listed.  Where would they be?

For datafile I/O time, the note says:

"If you notice frequent warning messages of level 3 (see example below) in the Alert Log of the Database Analyzer, contact SAP Support."

It would take forever to manually open every single day's results, open the red time periods, and see if there was a W3 message for I/O.  Is there any way to filter all of the bottleneck info to show all W3 messages across all reported days?

Thanks very much.
