Need your assistance on the below issue.

CIF Queue getting blocked in APO with SQL Error, where short dump exists ST22

Dump:

Runtime Errors        DBIF_DSQL2_SQL_ERROR

Exception              CX_SY_NATIVE_SQL_ERROR

The error "-60" occurred in the current database connection "LCA".

POS(1) Work rolled back: tExcept 18702 in APS_CHARACT_MODIFY

Livecache Logs:
