We are facing an issue for start date of Heuristics/Deployment purchase requisitions.
The situation is for our Distribution center (DC)/Retail stores in JAPAN.
Business requirement is to create TLB shipments (STOs) in APO during their early morning hours so that DC can ship the material to stores.
Most of the RDG stores are 1 day lead time so STOs need to be created everyday (Monday to Friday)
We have scheduled a job to run all the steps (Heuristics, Deployment, TLB etc.) in a job with B-BKK user id, time zone of this user id is UTC+9 (Japan Time)
The job starts around 12.30 PM EST which is 1.30 AM (+1 day) Japan time.
e.g. Job which ran on Monday, July 7 at 12.25 PM EST is actually Tuesday, July 8 at 1.25 AM as per B-BKK user.
Problem is system is creating heuristics PRs and subsequently Deployment PRs with start date as July 7 and end date as Jul 8
So STO also gets created based on above dates, when Japan users check the STO on July 8 morning, start date is already in the past.
We are expecting the start date as July 8 and end date as Jul 9 because the job is running with JAPAN time zone user id.
We went live last week, as around 25 stores and DC activities are impacted everyday so we appreciate your earliest help!
