Does TM9.1 SP02 support the check of resource availiability across FROs?

hi TM experts,

In planning or FRO/FU checks of TM9.1 SP02, will system check the current resource has been used in another document at the same time or whether it is in the downtime? If the answer is YES, in which topic I can find in the application help for this kind of infomration?
