CTM created PR to PO conversion: commit error-(Instance of object type)

Hello All,

I am explaining here specific issue with scenario, every week we have CTM run, in which planning results are sent first with deletion indicator of PR/PO/Planned order and then sent with create indicator of PR/PO/Planned from APO to ECC:-

We are using CTM in which subcontracting PR is created in APO and sent to ECC as a publishing activity. This PR is created with subcontracting PPM and sent to ECC with subcontracting indicator 'L' from APO and further manually converted to PO by user, there are two instances of problem here:-

1. When user converts PR into PO in ECC, the PR gets fixed and fix indicator is sent to APO, and PO is converted from PR. Next time when CTM run,    the new PR is created due to planning result publication and this old PR is set for deletion from APO and new PR is sent to ECC, Now when user

try to process the schedule lines from PO which was created from old PR he gets following conversion error:

"Prod. version from requisition differs from prod. version SUB1 from info record, Re-explode BOM with prod version SUB1 or adopt  ,, Components

    from requisition"

Then user need to manually assign the prod. version and process the line item in PO and PR is set for deletion indicator. (Refer screen shot 1)

2. Similarly, when user converts PR into PO within same week of CTM run, line items are missing in the PR and he gets same error as described

    above  (Refer screen shot 2)

Now my questions are:-

1. Why PR is set for deletion by APO when it is already converted to PO in ECC in first case.

2. Why PR is created in ECC without line items (components/BOM) in ECC. how to correct it.

I have checked that in ECC, data such as Purc. Info Record, BOM, Recipe and material master data looks OK, and also data looks fine in APO.

I have given screen shot in both cases as attachment.

Your kind reply is much awaited on this urgent issue... Thanks for your help.

Thanks

Gajendra
