Need impact of using Custome Info objects for 9AMATNR & 9ALOCNO in DP & SNP

Hi All,

We have a requirement to add navigational attributes to 9AMATNR and 9ALOCNO for DP purpose. As its not suggestable to add Nav.Atts in standard Info Objects, so i am planning to chreate Z* characterstics for product and loaction. To make sure it'l be used or referanced correctly i added in MPOS as product and location. But i would like to understand the implications of using Z* instead of 9AMATNR & 9ALOCNO . Any issues in Forecast release or othe rmacro runs . Any issues to allocation on GATP side?, consumption group etc??
