Authorization Not to save Favorites

Hi all,

is there authorization that prevents users from saving a favorite?

They should be able to create a new view based on existing planning view template, make data changes, save data, but NOT be able to save a planning view favorite.

I played with a couple of Permissions but could not control how NOT to save a favorite.
