Backup and Recovery Procedures for S&OP

Hi Team,

My customer is trying to evaluate S&OP and has the following quesitons around backup and recovery.  If you have any info on this, can you pl. share with me?

1. What is the SLA on Cloud based system availability?
2. How often does the backup happen for Cloud based system?
3. When a system goes down and there is a recovery, how much data would be lost – i.e., what is the lapse time between backups?
