Display two key figures in one row in Excel for future time horizon

Hi team,

At my customer they have one key figure called Annual Plan which spans a current year - (12 months).

There is another key figure called Strategic plan which spans from month 13 to 36.

They want to see both in the same row in Excel (for example in a KF called Annual Plan & Strat Plan).  In this key figure the first 12 months should be
the Annual Plan and the rest should be Strategic Plan.  How can I do this?

The Excel view will have rolling time horizon.  So as the current year ends, less of the Annual plan is visible and more of the Strat Plan is visible.
