attachment for trigger jobs

Hi,

we are daily manually triggering the process chain (time is not fixed) where 5-6 jobs/programs are linked & they are exucuted.

after completion of this process chain, i need to trigger a transaction (z report) in APO & the output of that report is to be mailed to the list of users in the form of an excel attachment.

In case when a background job is scheduled, i am able get the attachment but i am not able to get the attachment through trigger based job.

pls guide how to do this is SAP APO (SCM) server.
