SAP EM - On DN Deletion some time deletion event message not sent

Dear Colleagues,

        Appreicate if some one can let me know if they face below issue and have some remedy/fix for it.

1. We are using EWM and ERP system in our landscape.

2. Sometimes if the DN is deleted in EWM and so deleted in ERP the event message to mark the event handler is never sent.

     This is a non reproducible issue and only happens for few DN ( 5-10 times per week ). We trying to replicate in Quality but in vain.
