Orders flowing to other months

Hi Experts!!

We are dealing with /SAPAPO/PPT1. As per our requirement, we should limit the quantity of the orders to the max lot size of the material. And we are already getting this done through BAPI_MOSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI3 (for changing the quantity if more than max. lot size) and /SAPAPO/RRP_ORDER_CREATE_FINDS (to create new orders). We are checking the data aggregating by months. Now, when we are creating new orders, surprisingly only a few orders are being flown to next or previous months. Is there any specific reason for this to happen? I am an ABAPer and we do not have any APO functional consultant around.
