We are facing a big problem.
We work with APO for gATP at different levels : sales order, delivery, production...
The machine which hosts APO is out due to a component deficient.
In order to disconnect APO/ECC, I tried to deactivate the ATP integration model but it's impossible because this requires an answer from APO server.
Job activated and finished without action because the number of trial is reached.
Do you have a solution to disconnect properly both system in order to be able to connect them later without losing data?
