Past Planning period to be fixed in Datavie

Hi,

I am using 4 years Past and 2 years future in Dataview of a DP planning book.My requirement is Past period to be fixed as start week-01/2010 instead of 03/2010 as shown in the screenshot.It should not be rolling period.How to achieve this?
