No results in SNP Network Heuristic

Hello,

We are facing issue wherein SNP Network/Multilevel heuristic doesn’t give any results but Location heuristic is giving correct results.

Network is very simple: A --> B. Correct T lane with Means of Transport exists.

I have determined Low level code as well but no luck.

We are on SCM 7.0 and building new system from scratch. This problem exists for all the products.
