Min Max Planning with SNP Heuristics

Hello Gurus ,

                         Currently i have a requirement where when ever the customer stock falls below a Min level then only stock transfer have to be generated to reach the max level . Can we do this with SNP , this is similar to Min Max planning in ECC MRP    

Eg :  Min = 500 , Max 1000 , Current Customer stock = 300  then a stock transfer of 700 should be generated

        Min = 500 , Max = 1000 , Current Customer Stock = 600 then no stock transfer should be generated .

* Only when the current stock falls below Min then the replenishment should happen till the Max defined .

Can we do this with SNP heurisitcs and if so how can i do it .
