Replenishment of fixed bins - Replenishment technique 1

Hi All,

I am facing an issue with the replenishment of fixed bins using the technique 1 (auto creation of TO).

I have a material in a fixed bin for which the min bin qty is 3. The current bin stock is 3. The replenishment technique 1 has been assigned to the combination of Warehouse and storage type along with a custom movement type (which is a copy of 320).

Now when I create a TO using LT01 picking the stock of 1 qty of the material from the fixed bin and then confirm the TO. The system should create an auto replenishment TO which is not happening. Can somebody please suggest what might be going wrong here.
